Terms & Conditions

By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed or added to at any time.

All Emma Habbeshon jewellery is hand-made, bearing the hallmark of the London Assay Office. This guarantees the purity of the precious metals, indicating the quality of the metal, the year of manufacture and the maker’s mark.

Each piece is individually hand-made, so there might be slight variations in colour and form. The photographs and product descriptions on this website are as accurate as possible, but colour representation might not be exact due to differences between computer monitors and browsers. Stated dimensions are accurate within reason.

When ordering an item from the online shop, if an item is listed as ‘in stock’ it will be despatched to the buyer within 3 – 4 working days.

Back orders for items which are ‘out of stock’ require a turnaround time of 2 – 4 weeks (depending on the amount of work involved in the item), after which the item will be dispatched within 3 – 4 working days.

If for any reason your order will take longer to complete, Emma Habbeshon will email you an estimated dispatch time or offer you a full refund if this is not acceptable.

If you require an item urgently for a special date or occasion, please contact Emma and she will try her best to accommodate your requirements.

Jewellery displayed on the website gallery pages (and not in the shop) may be available made to order.

If you would like to discuss a special order or bespoke commission please get in touch with Emma using the contact form. A commissioned design must be signed-off by the client and a deposit of 50% must be paid before work can commence. Delivery time and shipping details will be agreed with the client.

Emma Habbeshon reserves the right to refuse any order.
