Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Emma Habbeshon and you wish to return it, you must contact Emma in writing (by email or using the website contact form) within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must then be returned within the next 14 days in order to receive a refund, excluding postage costs.
Emma strives to make jewellery of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives with a fault, please contact Emma via email or via the contact form within 14 days of receipt of the item and she will help to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. A full refund, exchange or repair will be made and any extra postage costs incurred by the buyer will be reimbursed. Items must be unworn and cannot be deemed faulty if the fault is a result of wear and tear, improper care or improper use.
Your purchase must returned in its original condition and packaging. Parcels must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery from addresses within the UK, or an equivalent tracked and signed for mail service from countries within the EU. Parcels must be fully insured for the value of the goods, as Emma Habbeshon cannot accept liability for any damages or losses incurred.
All refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned item, via PayPal or bank transfer.
Emma Habbeshon is unable to make a refund or exchange on any items which have been specially commissioned.
